Frozen Shoulder

How can Osso Help Frozen Shoulder?

At Osso Bone Care, we believe that one of the causes of frozen shoulder is the herniation of discs in the cervical spine of the neck. This is why our treatment approach focuses not only on the shoulder but also on the neck area.

Why Choose Osso for Frozen Shoulder Treatment?

Our treatment for frozen shoulder begins with the standard Osso Flexion Distraction Adjustment Technique®️. This technique aims to restore motion and realign the upper spine, thus easing and improving the efficiency of the process of OSSO Bone Adjustment Technique®️. By addressing the underlying issues in the cervical spine, we can help alleviate the symptoms of frozen shoulder and promote healing.

For patients with severe Frozen Shoulder conditions who cannot  withstand traditional bone adjustments or drop table technique, we will perform
Activator Method. This gentle, low-force approach is designed to adjust the joint and reduce pain without causing further discomfort.

If you are suffering from any of the symptoms as mentioned above, please kindly get yourself checked visit us today!

About Frozen Shoulder

Frozen shoulder is a painful condition that affects movement of the shoulder and it is caused when the sleeve that surrounds the shoulder joint, known as the capsule, becomes swollen and thickened.

Symptoms may include pain and persistent stiffness in the shoulder joint are the two main symptoms of a frozen shoulder and you may have difficulties lifting your arm with pain.

This makes it painful and difficult to carry out the full range of normal shoulder movements. You may find it difficult to perform everyday tasks such as

  • Bathing
  • Dressing
  • Driving
  • Sleeping Comfortably

If you have frozen shoulder, the amount of movement in your shoulder joint will be reduced. In severe cases, you may not be able to move your shoulder at all.
