Osso Flexion Distraction Adjustment Technique®️ is an innovative technique involves the use of a specialized table that simultaneously stretches and flexes the spine in a gentle cyclic motion. Our skilled Physiotherapist apply gentle pressure to specific segments of the vertebrae that need correction, aims to reverse spinal disc compression by gently stretching your spine. Repeatedly flexing the spine opening the gap of the disc to increase space between vertebrae, decrease disc pressure, increased opening for the nerves to relieved pinched nerve.
